Dental Associate

We are looking for a new team member with naturally high standards, who is keen to learn and develop their skills as a private dentist in a truly nurturing environment.

A positive inquisitive attitude is all we need; we can mentor you for the rest. Commit to our culture full time (four days a week) and we will commit to your career development.

  • We have a waiting list of private patients, experienced clinicians who will support, a brand new CBCT, intra oral cameras, scanners, air conditioning and practice digital dentistry. A minimal list of NHS exempt patients that support the growth of your book.

  • General dentistry based on excellent periodontal health, smile makeovers, Invisalign, Implants and expert endodontic services.

    We cover 50% of post graduate course costs when aligned with practice needs, as we believe in the constant journey of skill development.

  • With eight brand-new surgeries, new patient facing spaces, onsite parking and staff welfare facilities, we are creating a fantastic new environment that will reflect the high-quality care we provide.

Full Time Dental Nurse

We are excited to announce the rare opportunity for a Full time Dental Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis, we are a rapidly, expanding Independently owned business, brand new state of art surgeries, digitally led and fully computerised. Offering NHS and Private services to our patients. This role is open to both fully qualified and experienced nurses to trainee dental nurses.

Our Qualified Dental Nurses are a key part of our practice team, providing brilliant support to our dentists and fantastic care to our patients. Being a Dental Nurse with us means being part of a supportive, friendly team, in a beautiful, modern practice.

  • About the role:

    • Salary negotiable depending on experience

    • 39.5 hours per week (5 days Monday-Friday, no evenings or weekends!)

    • 29 days paid annual leave (inc Bank Holidays)

    • Free Staff Parking

    • Indemnity Insurance paid annually

    • GDC Registration paid annually

    • PPE, branded scrubs and footwear provided

    • Workplace pension contribution

  • The successful candidate will have experience working within a dental surgery environment and will be responsible for the below:

    • Maintaining high standards of patient care at all times

    • Being positive, enthusiastic and honest in all aspects of your job

    • Having the ability to motivate both yourself and others to achieve great results for our patients

    • Recognising successes and sharing your opinions and ideas with others

    • Providing the highest standard of clinical support to our clinical team, dentists, hygienists, therapist and implantologist

    • Perform top quality dental nursing in all procedures in a safe and effective manner

    • Prepare equipment, materials, lab work and patients with efficiency and empathy

    • Always provide outstanding customer service

    • Applicants must be GDC registered with up-to-date CPD file and vaccinations.

    • Experience of ‘Dentally’ software would be an advantage but not essential
